The location of Bassena Wien Messe Prater was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more fun. The room was cozy and well-heated, keeping us comfortable. We were kinda surprised by the delicious and satisfying breakfast served at the hotel. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Vienna.

The hotel's location near a lovely park and close to the city center is convenient. being close to the congress center and the underground makes transportation easy. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were great.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and customer-oriented, and the location was perfect, close to the subway and right near Prater. The room was cleaned daily and the hotel had three working elevators. Unlike other hotels, we received two access cards for our double room. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this hotel.
